Return & Exchange Policy

For footwear, hygiene and product condition matter. So we keep the policy fair but controlled.

We Accept Exchanges For

  • Size issues
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and unworn outdoors
  • Product must be returned with original box, tags, invoice and packaging
  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
Used, damaged-after-delivery, washed, altered or incomplete products will not be eligible for return or exchange.
