For footwear, hygiene and product condition matter. So we keep the policy fair but controlled.
We Accept Exchanges For
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
Conditions
- Product must be unused and unworn outdoors
- Product must be returned with original box, tags, invoice and packaging
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
Used, damaged-after-delivery, washed, altered or incomplete products will not be eligible for return or exchange.
